Shipping and Processing

  1. Processing Time: All of our products are made-to-order, which means that we do not have pre-made items in stock. Our processing time varies based on the complexity of the product, and may take up to 4-5 weeks to complete. Please note that this does not include shipping time.

  2. Shipping Time: Once your order has been processed, we will ship it out to you using the shipping method you have selected during checkout. Shipping times will vary based on the shipping method you have selected, and your location. Please note that shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for any shipping delays that may occur due to weather, carrier issues, or other unforeseen circumstances. Standard Shipping normally takes anywhere between 3-5 days.

  3. Shipping Methods: We offer a variety of shipping methods to choose from during checkout. These include standard, expedited, and overnight shipping. Please note that the shipping cost will vary based on the shipping method you have selected.

  4. International Shipping We currently do not offer international shipping. If you really want to place an international order please contact me on either our Instagram @lucgoosi or through our Contact page on our website lucgoosi.com. Please note that shipping times may be longer for international orders, and customers are responsible for any customs, duties, or taxes that may be incurred upon delivery.

  5. Order Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to track your order on our website or on the carrier's website.

  6. Delivery: We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages that have been marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package is lost or stolen, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.

  7. Order Changes and Cancellations: Once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified or cancelled. Please ensure that your order is correct before submitting it.

  8. Returns and Exchanges: Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 1-3 days of receiving your order and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
